Bad Business for companies with Cred LLC. Legal matters now being taking.? - ? - 2009-11-03

This company after not handling my website correctly tried to get more money out of me. When I agreed to pay the amount they still didn't fix the problems and after two days changed my website saying there was a outstanding balance owed when there was not. Paul ( Owner ) is a terrible business person. They made my website say ( Website down due to outstanding payment ) When everything was paid for. I am bringing up legal matter since they are slandering my company because I told them I want my user name and password since I was tired of babysitting my site when the PROFESSIONALS were to do it. My advice RUN. Bad service, Poor work and who puts up on a website that the company owes a outstanding balance when theres not? How proffesional?

Please contact Jordan @ Fafonfoe1@hotmail.com before you use this company. I have all the emails and all the phone conversations with paul and his business partner. What kind of respectable owner calls another owner a idiot and low class. My business is a professional establishment and your operating out of a apartment. Paul please send me the documents showing that we owe you money. As I recall last time I had asked for detailed invoices, you stated that you would have to charge me to pull up papers proving that we owe you money. So yes I would love to see your documents. I am just fair warning others to beware of this company and their work ethics. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at the above email. Thanks

Cred, LLC provides unmatched quality of web design services for extremely low prices

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sat, November 14, 2009

I'm Paul, the owner of Cred, LLC. I stand behind every service that our company provides. The individual who issued a negative report about us is in my experience a thief and a con-artist. I am happy to leave his comment up even though I am sure I could bury it because it will give you insight into the issues our company confronts.

I founded Cred, LLC with the belief that inexpensive web design and internet marketing services could drastically improve the local business economy in Louisiana. I could have founded this company as a non-profit because of the subsidized services we provide, but instead I founded it as a for-profit company. The reasoning is that in the drive to acquire profit, we are constantly improving our services to not only meet a clearly established economic need but also to bring our mission to life in Louisiana. This drive effectively creates innovation where it can bring about true societal improvement.

As a result, we have a tremendous amount of clients. We build immense amounts of websites so that we can make up on volume what we would otherwise have to charge to keep ourselves profitable. With such a large clientele in small and start-up businesses, we have encountered so many wonderful and ambitious people; however, a small segment tries to take advantage of us, and that is a loss that hurts us and our clients and everyone in Louisiana.

This individual, Jordan Williams, was just such a person. We performed as a courtesy many free services in addition to all of the services he paid for as a great value. You can tell by his writing ability how poorly he represents the business community in LA. After he was delighted with our service, he came back to us for more business. We agreed on a contract price (which he freely admits), I performed the work and invested money and time into his case, and instead of paying us the money he agreed to pay, he reneged on the deal. Without comprehensible explanation, he refused to compensate us in any form.

In our drive to satisfy every client, even bad business people, we mutually agreed on a replacement contract. He threatened us with legal action, reporting on websites just like this, reporting us to the Better Business Bureau, and other extortion tactics. He has obviously failed to present any case that a neutral party would even accept to review. His only recourse was to badmouth us on unmoderated websites like this one.

We are happy to provide all documentation relating to this matter including communications from Jordan Williams. All this in an effort of transparency regarding the kinds of idiots that drive up our costs and hurt us all. Just email me at Paul@CredLLC.com

I'm happy to provide numerous references of the 99.9% of our clients who are normal, intelligent, and extremely satisfied customers. http://www.louisianabusinesswebsites.com
