5-29-2008: I filed a cross-complaint lawsuit against Credigy Receivables, Inc. The trial is set for later this year 2008 in California. If you are interested in testifying against Credigy please let me know as-soon-as-possible. I am represented by a good lawfirm. The following is a brief summary of my case:

1. I received a telephone call from a lady named Kim in Customer Service (866) 204-3457 ext. 2074 and fax number (678) 684-4110 and a letter from Credigy's sister company and law firm Stewart & Associates PC (866) 990-9964 so I checked them out!,

2. Credigy has been in business since year 2001 and their President is Steve Stewart (google 7-31-2006 article National Bank of Canada Acquires U.S. Debt Purchaser Credigy) and is also the senior partner of yes...you got it Stewart & Associates PC...they are one in the same company because they have the same principals. Steve graduated from University of Georgia and admitted to Georgia Bar 6-6-1988. Check out Georgia State Bar website (google Georgia State Bar then do member search and bingo!); Steve recently resigned his Texas State Bar Card No.24049496 (google Texas State Bar then do member search bingo again!) and his business address lists 2877 Paradise Road #303 Las Vegas, NV 89109 (702) 447-7893; and just for grins check out the Nevada Secretary of State's website for Credigy and yes you will find Steve's name as President along with other Credigy corporate officers,

3. Credigy may refuse to validate debts....keep your records for U.S. Mail, Certified Mail, and fax with copy transmission records sent. Send validation notices to both Credigy and Stewart & Associates PC because they like to play games....oh you say you sent your demand letter to Credigy....oh gee...we are Stewart & Associates PC....we do not know who Credigy is or vice versa,

4. Document your cell phone and home telephone logs for dates and times when calling their offices,

5. Check your credit bureau files because they make multiple entries under the trade name "Credigy" and "Credigy Receivables, Inc."

6. Demand that you get copies of the debt purchase contracts from the banks etc whom they purchased the alleged debt from, including a copy of the bill of sale, and the contract will include a provision that if the account is disputed then Credigy can sell the account back to whomever they bought it from and technically you are off the hook with Credigy,

7. Call or visit the National Association of Consumer Advocates website to get an attorney to represent you,

8. Check out Credigy's website at "www.credigy.net" They are always recruiting for: 1) Collection Services, 2) Legal Services, and 3) Portfolio Acquisitions....normally 0-2 years experience required to apply for a job at Credigy?....no wonder allegations re violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) come up....zero experience?, and

9. If you have had an experience with Credigy and their sister law firm company Stewart and Associates PC....and want a chance to tell your story to a Judge......come on down!
