bought 04 jeep grand cherokee from dealer in bow nh 3 days later engine broke i brought it to jeep repair in tilton nh the engine was no good the valve perches had been epoxied.
wynns warrantee covered new engine and rental took the repair place 2 weeks to fix i ended up paying for new starter, 10 hrs of labor and when all said and done i paid with a check , well it didnt go into park my radio display was gone and my a/c only worked when my wife kicked a control box on pssngr sd floor so naturally i stop payment on my check cause it wasnt fixed well needless to say know im a felon spent 2 weeks in jail because i committed a crime by stoping payment and i  lost my job my house and custody of my kids because of a piss poor fianance/warrantee company and a dealer that was superglueing cars together and im out

These posts are cracking me up.  Post after post deadbeats have excuses of why they dont owe their debt and then when they are held accountable they become the victim and try to get sympathy by discrediting the debtor.  Ok, so what was your excuse for all the other people you did not pay prior to Credit Acceptance.  You obviously have excuses for everything or you wouldnt have had to borrow money from a subprime lender.   Bummer your car broke, but you have to take that up with the dealer, not the lender.  But... you already knew that, you just thought you could get away with walking away from it and continuing the lack of responsibliity.  Good luck with that in your future, you will continue to be the 'victim' and get no where in life.

You see a vehicle you like ,Finance company says "Yes" to loaning you money,  you agree to the terms, sign the papers and drive off......
The vehicle blows its engine and the warranty company pays to fix it.....
Something else goes wrong with the vehicle so you get mad at the company that loaned you the money.........
Since you are mad at the finance company, you stop payment on the check you wrote to the repair shop..........

Where is the finance company at fault here? Where are you at fault here?
