As I am not alone in this, this company makes monthly harrassing calls to my cell phone and place of employment for a current payment. I have yet to violate the agreement and I have paid within 3-5 days of the due date. they were advised not to call me at work, yet they continue to do so.

I am filing with the better business bureau and the attorney generals office. I am fed up with them and see that they really don't support the people they robbed of their dignity to begin with.....

These are all blatant lies!!!

The former employee sounds like she has a grude or ax to grind because she know that collections associate or their supervisors are not allowed to take any type of payment, we are not even given access to take a payment, so the state she made about the supervisor scamming people is a total blatant lie. We have a payment center totally responsible for taking payments, and anyone who is living outside of the Henderson, NV area would not know anything about what goes on in the payment center. We don't scam anyone, we offer a method to make a payment and that is it. There is nothing shady about what we do and everything is verified & re-verified before a confirmation number is given, so anyone who has not visited or seen our call center can not comment on it. Henderson, NV is the only center that takes debits throught checking/savings accounts, period.

T all on this site! Ignore this person known as **Renee* who knows nothing about this company and gives wrong information.

He/She makes comments that are not helpful and this person knows nothing let alone their own name. I have worked at this company in Henderson, NV. And my former supervisor Greg McGrath scammed lots of customers and he sat while other employees did fraudelently take credit cards and other things to harass the consumers. The company is a BIG SCAM!! The manager of the whole Henderson office is Tanya. The others are supervisors, Greg, Jonathan/ Joshua, and anyone under Tanya is a supervisor. Also document your calls. Don't unblock your phone as any phone your call from they will track and record the phone number to your home or family or friends. They put it in the system. It's best to have a P.O. Box on file to stop the harassing lettes and calls. Henderson is the main call center of where your calls come. They're supposed to call you between 8:00 am-9pm your time, not our time. So if you in the east coast and the call opens early. The auto-dialer is set to call you at the time zone you live in. It should not be calling from pacific time if you are not in our time zone per FDCPA .

Here's the contact info. your can search the address on Google and they dont accept customer visits as this call center.

You just admitted you violated the contract

By your own admission, you have admitted to making your payment late. Your payment is late if it is not received on the due date therefore you have violated the contract. If your payment is not received by the due date, a company can legally begin collection efforts and/or begin repossession efforts. Generally, finance companies offer a grace period of 5 10 days but I know Credit Acceptance does not have a grace period so if your payment is not received on the due date they will begin collection efforts.
