Credit Alliance (CAG) owes $4,717.32 for a breach of contract, where CAG was to process and continue settling outstanding debts until all enrolled accounts are settled and this client is 100% completely satisfied.  The client was informed of the following information on January 30, 2011, by way of email:
Due to circumstances beyond our control CAG is no longer providing debt settlement services.
 
We are processing your account pursuant to your request. We wish we could process every clients request on the date requested but we cannot due to our limited resources. Our goal is to have resolution as soon as possible.
This account has now been outstanding since January 12, 2013.  The clients telephone calls have been ignored. The member of staff the client spoke to Ms. Mary Schnickel (extension 111) on January 30, 2013, and the client was instructed to contact the Texas State Attorney and Ms. Schnickel hung up on the client.
