I paid them $35k and the contract reads a full refund if not boarded onto Walmart platform Chula Vista California
CreditAntidote scammed me out of 35k they didn't honor there 17 month contract. Manny Hernandez is not answering my calls, emails, text & he has blocked me on IG/FB. I still have my contract in hand stating a full refund if not boarded onto Walmart automation platform.

There isn't any profit to be made from selling things on Walmart, Amazon, etc. If there was, Walmart and Amazon would be doing it themselves. They already have all the automation they need, and they get to keep all the profit. As a small seller, you will never even break even because the hidden fees and commissions charged by these sites are astronomical. But that's beside the point.
In general, if someone promises you a guaranted, risk-free profit, you are being taken for a ride. Any business venture involves tremendous risk, and nobody would ever guarantee any kind of successful outcome, much less a profit. So any contract with clauses like what you posted is a dead give-away that it is a scam. And a contract with some generic LLC as the counterparty is basically completely worthless. You do realize that the whole point of an LLC is to allow the principals to walk away from the venture without any repercussions? And it's not even illegal.
