Complaint Review: Credit Card Processing Center

I received a post card in the mail regarding credit approval. I was to call the 800# listed. My confirmation number was 6730886. I gave them my checking account information and they took two payments of 99.00 from my checking account. I was supposed to get a visa in 20 days. that was march 8. I have tried to contract them by phone, but it is a constant busy signal. Needless to say, no charge card has come in the mail
