Credit Card Processing--rosalie Romano CFNB/spiegel ripoff and will not provide phsyical address Old Bethpage New York
i owe no money to this company as it was paid off long ago to CFNB/spiegel
any charges are bogus and fraudulent
i want to take them to court but they have refused to provide me with their physical address although i have phoned and sent 5 letters the last via certified mail
now they have reported me delinquent on my credit even though they have a policy printed on the bill stating they are prohibited from doing so while investigating my claims
i hope someone out there knows their physical address so i can bring them to justice
i did find out the president of the company is Rosalie Romano
