Complaint Review: First National Credit

First National Credit advertised that they would issue a credit card with limited cap to anyone regardless of previous credit experience for a fee of $37.00. We paid this fee, they deposited our check in their bank(California Bank & Trust) and we have never heard from them again. The bank will provide no information on this company and they have no telephone listed that we could find. We would like our $37.00 refunded.
