In most cases, you will never see your money again. Your only recourse is to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Once they receive enough complaints, they will take action to shut these people down and seize their assets. YOU MUST FILE THE COMPLAINT to make this happen. Here is a link to their website.
