The medical bills were piling up and I had no other solution but to request, what I thought was legitimate loan modification assistance from these people. So I filed all the required paper work with them with the 100% guarantee and the required fee of $1200. Well, since my purchase of my home had been so recent, the mortgage company declined the modification.
