Credit Check Total otherwise known as (Experian)... I signed up for a 7 day trial for my credit report with scores. I now try to cancel and I'm on hold for more than an hour. This is obviously done to persuade customers to hang up and be charged for the service since there is no other way to cancel besides sitting on hold all day. This is pretty ridiculous . Allen Texas

This is pretty ridiculous and I will tell everyone that I know not to sign up with this service not even for a trial. This is horrible because they are scamming to get the consumers money and they have constructed no better way than to possibly have as few customer service people as possible to handle the calls pertaining to customers looking to cancel. Buyer beware of this service it's garbage... On hold for more than 1 hour in order to cancel the service and not be charge a monthly fee of 29.95 that I do not want
