Complaint Review: Credit Expert

I paid for a one time credit report that provides a history of the top three companies and my credit score. This service is advertised over teh internet, and linked to several finacial organizations. This company entered my name in an automatic yearly renewal. I call their office and was told I am on automatic yearly renewal. When I stated I did not request this, and requested a stop and refund, I was told I'd receive my refund in 10 business days. Since that time, I have not been refunded my $159.95 and all subseqyuenst calls are strategically answered with no assistance, and an accusation that my bank must be holding the funds.

The credit report is excellent, yet the company's tactics of mainting a client by chargeing them yearly unauthirized fees is a ripoff. Please help.
