Credit First N.A. Credit First N.A. is ripping us off by saying that the payments are late when they aren't. No matter when I make the payment I get charged a late fee every month of $35.00. I make the payments the 2nd week of the month for the next month and when I get the bill it has a different date on it than when the payment was made. I have called about this and the problem has not been taken care of. The payments are being made at Firestone. Cleveland Ohio
The bill always states your account is now past due. Please pay the required minimum amount due immediately to avoid another late payment fee. Return your account to a current status to protect your credit history. We report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report. My bill is due on the 3rd of every month. It has been paid way before that due date and I am still charged $35.00 late fee. Can you please check into this. This company should be made to repay all the money they are ripping off people.
Credit First N.A. has been charging me a late fee every month when my payments are not late. I have been making the payments @ Firestone in a timely manner and have the receipts to prove it. When I call to complain nothing is done. Also they are saying that this information is being report to the credit bureau. I think this company should be made to return all of the money that they are charging people unfairly. My payments are due on the 3rd of every month.
I have been making the payments the 2nd week of the month for the next month and I still get charged a late fee. As a matter of fact I made a payment in May for June 3rd and when I received the bill they posted the payment staying it was paid on June 3rd and charged me $35.00 on June 4th. I tried to call to make a complaint and was unable to speak with a live person. this seems to be the norm now you can only talk to a machine. My last bill says Current Pay Amount $70.00 Minimum Payment Due $71.00.
Please help me get my money back.
