I bought a new Dodge ram in late november 2012 my credit was poor but I had a large down payment and a great job, so I went to Dependable Dodge in Canoga Park Ca they got me financed with Credit Lending services in Burbank my $4000 down payment along with another $4000 from Dodge equaled $8000 down on a new truck. I was laid off from BofA on Jan 7th 2013 I received a call from Credit Lending services the same day asking where my first payment was, my first question was when was it due and where is the statement? they said the statement was mailed and first payment was due Jan 1st I didnt have a clue since they didnt send a statement. I began speaking with them two to three times a week in good faith and to keep them up to date regarding my work status on each and every call I asked them to send me a statement (which to this day I have never received one) I went back to work on January 23rd I informed Credit Lending service of this along with where I was going to work, I told them I would get my first paycheck on Feb 8th I would at that time make the january payment and on Feb 26th my next check would allow me to get 100% current. Johhny agreed that that would be ok and not to worry about my truck..

on feb 6th around 3pm in the afternoon I went out to my truck to do a phone interview with a better company when I got to the parking lot I discovered my truck was gone!!!! I kept my cool did the interview afterwords I called Chad at Credit lending service to discuss what happened and to let him know I was stuck in Orange county with no way to get home to Los Angeles. Chad told me that on my last call with them I called them a F##King dirt bag!!! actually I was talking to one of my coworkers that was in the breakroom during my previous call I thought I ended the call with Johnny from Credit lending the truth is I was actually to one of my friends at work. Chad owner at Credit Lending told me he picked up the truck because he thought I was talking to them I guess all calls are recorded... bottom line I was 34 days late with arrangements to make my payment in 2 days and be current by months end...On top of this Credit lending would not return my personal things left in my truck until I returned the keys... I think Chad the owner kept my truck there have been 3 parking tickets written on my truck with none of them being paid since the DMV still shows me as the owner the unpaid tickets come to my house Chad even had the the nerve to drive around without insurance the resistration was suspended due to this, he did finally insure the truck but has not paid the reinstatment fee or tickets as of yet. All of this leads me to believe he kept it hell why not he got a great deal on a new truck its been six months now and the title is still in my name.. I only used Credit Lending Service because i have poor credit I did have a good down and great income,,.DONT let any car dealer put you into a loan witn these crooks...

By YOUR OWN admission, you brought to this deal a history/reputation of screwing other creditors by YOU not paying YOUR bills on time.  To complete this transaction, YOU signed a contract which detailed the exact terms of the deal including the due date of the payments.  So then, YOU KNEW when the payment was due.  Then, for whatever the reason (excuse), YOU miss the first payment...THE <<<<< F I R S T>>>>> PAYMENT!  YOU miss it not by a few days, but more than thirty days!  Now you wonder why they did a repo!  Poor baby, the big bad loan company left you stranded.  Oh my.  Perhaps you should learn to manage your money better and pay your bills on time.  No, I don't work for them.
