They charged $29.00 Late Fee for the month of November, which the payment was made online on the Due date which is November 9th.

I even printed out the "Thank You for your Payment" and even emailed a copy of that to myself for my records.

My balance was only $729.79 at the end of Billing cycle for November. My limit is $800.00 and mimium payment of $27.00

The December billing cycle came along. I seen that they received my payment on the 10th of November. They charged $29.00 Late Fees on the 15th of November and on top of that I had few transcastion made (Which was $51.00). Finance Charge of $13.68 and That brings the total of $796.47. The Account is under the Credit Limit.

But I seen that They did charge me $29.00 Late fee and $29.00 Over Limit Fee. And the Payment date recieved was wrong. They waited 5 days before they added 2 ($29.00) charges. That made my account to be over the limit and they even reported to my credit bureau (Thanks to Creditkeepers Monitoring services that I am member of.) They reported that my account is over the limit I was pissed because that put dent on my credit report.

So I called and spoken with Donna Green, Supervisor. I was so furious by the time she got the phone because I was hung up three times before someone actually talked to me. I threaten her that I will close my account if she doesn't refund the $29.00 overlimit fee, and $29.00 Late fee which it was not late at all. Also told her that I would expected an letter from her company or herself to explain that my account was not over the limit to send to credit bureau. She said she will not send me letter and for me to contact the credit bureau and dispute that with them. She was such a B...." I even asked if I could have the name of the President of the Company. She refused to give me the name. Said that I will not give you the name of the president.

I even cussed at her, and told her that I will make sure I find information and file complaint against her company. She did not care at all. We hung up. One week Later, which is today, I got letter stating that my account was closed per to my request. I called and bitched at them after being hung up several times.

One of the rep named Domonic said that they can reopen my account for $75.00 processing fee to be charged first but there is no guarantee that it will reopen my account. I said no, they closed without my permission. He transfer me to Supervisor named Darrell. He said he wont open my account back up because of the Racial Slurs and Profanity that I had made to Ms. Green. We even called them several times to get my account open, but they wont.

So they will continue to charges fees until we paid them off. HOW AWFUL is that? DO NOT consider to do business with them. I am planning to file an complaint with Attorney General of Ohio, as well of Nevada. I am also reporting this to Better Business Bureau. I will make sure they are being proschute to the full context of the law and will make sure they are no longer in practices of providing the credit card privillages.

Thanks for all your time... any information is helpful.... reply to this statement.

You did not make the payment ontime.

If the payment was due on November 9, and you made the payment on November 9, that is too late. Their website clearly states that your payment will post in 24-48 hours. They are actually much faster at posting the payments than most credit cards, but they will not post your payment the same day you made it. When your statement dropped on November 15, they charged you the late fee.

As for the overlimit fee. At ANY time between October 15 and November 15 were you over the limit? Or was your October 15 statement over the limit? That is the reason for the over limit fee. The overlimit fee does not usually post the day you are over the limit. It usually posts in the next billing cycle. Some people think that if they go over the limit during the month, but make a payment, they won't get charged. Sometimes you still do. Your December 15 statement probably showed another over limit fee. If that took you over limit again, your January 15 statement will show another. If you make only minimum payment, that will not cover fee.

As for your credit report. They report the total amount due vs the credit limit and the credit reporting service you have picks that up as over the limit.
