Credit one staff allowed someone to access my online account by allowing them to change my address. They locked me out of  my online account. when i was finally allowed access, I made a $500 payment online from my checking account (May 3).  two days later my online checking account reflected two payments to credit one. One was the $500 payment then one day later a $600 payment with an express payment fee.  When I went to check my online credit card account I was locked out again.  I called, cancelled this card and they sent me a new one. They launced an investigation which would take 60 days.  After I set up my new online credit one account, two days later i was locked out again. I became suspicious and decided not to use the credit card and pay off the transferre balance after they completed their investigation.  On July 4 I cancelled and paid off the credit card over the phone. it took a harrassing hour and they charged me interest on fraudulent charges and an express payment fee.  Good riddance. on August 14, I received a statement with another $609.95 charge to my closed credit card account. i called and they launced another investigation.  this is inside work and i want it to stop.
