Hi, it was three days before christmas when I saw my bank account in a negative balance. It show is was from CreditOne in a total about of $1,659.78. I call my bank first to see what was the problem and I was told that two separate charges came from CreditOne $982.38 and $677.40, of course I got two overdraft fees along with this. After alerting my bank, I proceed calling CreditOne about this. I spoke to a lady, whom she didn't want to give me her name, I explain to her about this situation. She said that "I made two payments for my account online." Why will I make two large payments to jeopardize my account and to pay fees? Makes no sense. She investigated more and found the transaction for $677.40 is not showing in my account but I got debit for it. I told her I have it shown in my account. She told me that I have to send in a banking statement showing the charges. I went to my bank, SunTrust, and they help me with that. I highlighted the charges and the fees with it, first I made sure it was clear. I mail it to them on the address she told me. I don't understand why they don't have a fax number or prove an email address to help their customers. I've been with them 2 1/2 years and didn't have a problem until August 2017. After a week waiting, my bank credit my account under "No Authorization Refund" and that my claim isn't honor. I login into my CreditOne account to see the progress and what it looks like, they close my account, in which I can't see nothing on it. I believe they did fraudulant activities, it is sad that they hit my account 3 times, blame me for it and don't want to take responsibility for it.
