Complaint Against Danielle Mclaughlin DBA as Private lender with Credit One Commerce Financial Inc. and in the process of filing criminal charges and Civil Lawsuit in Smalls courts against Danielle Mclaughlin

I applied for loan for 10,000.00 at www.creonecom.com Credit One Credit Commerce Financial Inc. I received a call from Dina Prescott stating that the loan was approved pending a signing loan documents and security deposit for 1054.75 to be wired transfer thru Moneygram to private lender Danielle Mclaughlin. on 3/27/2008. I would receive check the next day for 10,000. When the check did not arrive the next day 03/28/2008. I called Dina Prescott and notifed her by phone and e-mail and sent demand letter.

I contact Moneygram to get the address of and telephone number of Danielle Mclaughlin to send Demand Letter they have refused give me address due privacy laws. I have sent the Demand Letter to the last know address of the company. Moneygram is negligent in not verifying and confirm the city and state code that was written in sender's form I have sent a demand letter to them they have not responded.

In order for me to proceed with the civil lawsuit in smalls claims court and to file criminal charges against Danielle Mclaughlin for fraud I need the contact address and telephone of this scam artist. If you are able to get moneygram to release the information please contact me with so that I may proceed with file civil lawsuit in smalls claims court and press criminal charges for fraud against Danielle Mclaughlin. I have suffered a financial loss and I seeking monetary damages civil court this has caused be a great emotional stress to.
