Credit One bank in Las Vegas Nevada is petending that I changed my address on different account numbers. Reporting false information to the credit bureaus. Hanging up on me when I call them to resolve problems. They sent me someone elses credit card along with a credit card with my name on it with that persons account number on it. Blocked me from getting on line to view my account. Won't send statements through the mail. They did send me an affidavit of fraud and forgery. Told me to make a police report which I did. Reporting to the credit bureaus that I owe $1800.00 on a credit line of $600.00. I have credit protection with them. Now trying to convince credit bureau s that I did not change my address and that the account numbers on my credit file are not mine.

Frustration!!!

#2General Comment

Obviously YOU have been a victim of Identity theft. While your frustration is understandable, they CANNOT repair YOUR credit situation as fast as the criminal caused it. YOU will have to be patient. That patience WILL pay off!!! THEY need TIME!!!! Time to resolve YOUR issue and TIME to CATCH THEM!!!! Try a bit harder to be a bit more understanding. While YOU may be having a credit issue, THEY STILL have to pay the people who were charged with YOUR card. THEY are MORE of a victim then YOU are. YOU wont be required to pay all of that money back. YOU get a PASS, THEY get to eat the costs of that pass.
