I applied for a payday loan online and was contacted by phone by four companies. Credit Plus Rewards was one of the companies that responded.

They already had all my personal information including Social Security Number and my bank account information.
The agent told me that I qualify for a $500 payday loan and that all I need is to give him the Ok to go ahead and transfer the money to my account. There would be some fees and I would not received $500 but around $300. I agreed to the transfer.

A week later $129 was withdrawn from by bank account by Credit Plus Rewards. They claim that I had sign up for membership and the $129 was a membership fee, which is not refundable if the membership kit and Credit Card is already shipped out.

I got their phone number from the bank but no one answer the phone. I went on their website and immediately sent them an email telling them that this was not authorize, and that i did not signup as a member, that they should cancel this account and not ship out a membership kit to me. Two weeks later I received a letter from said company with a credit card inside, which I return. They have yet to respond to my request or refund my money.
