Credit Program-Operations Army & Air Force Exchange Service D. Sanders I was assessed a late fee for November 3 2022, despite providing a screenshot of the receipt to prove that my payment was made on time. As a result of a malfunction in the payment system on February 3, 2023, I was unable to make my monthly payment, I was charged a late fee, and my debt was turned over to private collection agencies. I hold a military Star card issued by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service. In accordance with the agreement, my regular monthly payments will be made on the third of every month. A late was assessed by the collections department for November 3, 2022. Although I provided a screenshot of the receipt to prove that my payment was made on time, I was still assessed a late fee. On the 3rd of February. A malfunction in the stores payment system prevented me from making my Military Star card payment. I immediately emailed the Collection Department (was ignored) and made a double payment the following month. The collections department has once again charged me a late fee despite my good faith efforts to pay my debt. I have now been assigned to an outside collection agency for the collection of my debt. Also, I believe that the Collection Department accepted payments without crediting my account.
