On the 3rd of February. A malfunction in the stores payment system prevented me from making my Military Star card payment. I immediately emailed the Collection Department (was ignored) and made a double payment the following month. The collections department has once again charged me a late fee despite my good faith efforts to pay my debt. I have now been assigned to an outside collection agency for the collection of my debt. Also, I believe that the Collection Department accepted payments without crediting my account.
