Complaint Review: Credit repair mall

We paid $698.00 for the rapid restore package which included a gaurantee of 620 credit score in 45 days along with a FHA pre approval mortgage letter from Delta Financial. They also sent us a log of the negative items on our credit that they allegedly disputed (which they did not) then shortly after we could not reach them by phone or email. We delt with a James, Angie or could have been Anna and Larry, the alleged supervisor. We paid by check over the phone. We also have receipts and documents.
