In the first of December 2003, I received a phone call offering to send me a Visa credit card. For the credit card I would need to pay some up front annual and processing fees.

In return I would receive a hefty credit line of $2,500.00. Being disabled person, I thought that paying the $329.00 in fees for a credit line of $2500.00 just before Christmas was a great benefit for my family who are also on a limited budget.

I knew better but our family could have really used the exit cash flow at this point and time in our lives.
So I gave the gentleman my banking information and date that my disability check would come in and he told me I would receive my new VISA card within 7-10 days of them drafting my account. We kept waiting in anticpation for our Christmas shopping.

Next thing we knew it was the day before Chrstmas Eve and we han't seen hide nor hair of the card.
I made a phone call to the number the man had given me and some lady tells me that the place I called only took the orders and there was no one for me to speak to. But she did say the man was wrong and that it would take 4-6 weeks to receive the VISA card.

By now Christmas had come and gone and it was the 5th of January 2004. I place another call and I was told it was delayed because of all the Holidays and such and the people were now back from the Holidays and it should be out shortly.

Two (2) weeks later I call again, they tell me then that my packet was going out today. I told her I had no packet but a credit card. She informed me that the card was included in the packet. Three (3) days later I received a packet that contained a 3 page form letter addressed to their client, a folder titled Credit 101, a guide to understanding your credit Rights. This folder contained information about credit and restoring your credit and debt consolidation. The form letter advised me to complete the form for the free consultation for debt consolidation and fill out the INVITATION for a visa/mastercard and return both to their office. I dont need nor want anything to do with a debt consolidation, I dont have any debts to consolidate. I just wanted the VISA card.

Then some how I came upon this site tonight and was shocked to find others who have been scamed the same way by the same company. Please anyone who can HELP an disabiled man get my $329.00 Back! Please, your assistance you really help me get back on track. The U.S. Government doesn't give us disabled people alot of money and the $329.00 is like $3,000.00 to this disabled man!
