Complaint Review: Credit Service Division

some how my mom got a letter or a call i do not know how it happen, when they had talk to my mom they told her all she had to send is some money and she did, she is 65 yrs and can not read or write, and then when she got the cards they charged her more money all together she is out $299.99. And she has never used the cards and now the cards is charged. i have call them and ask them to send my mom her money back and they tell me that they can not do that. i can go on and on but i don't have the time. is there anyway that i can get my mom her money back.

And also they never once said the the card is to be use on there books only.
