Complaint Review: Credit Service Division

i got the credit card in the mail from CCA and it is already to go with a $6500 credit limit. I got the card and i dont evn know who they are. I called them and asked who they were and the lady said it had something to do with something i filed with them and would not tell me how.I asked her what the card buys and she says it buys things from there catalogs and i would not get a catalog unless i activate the card. The card says 1st national card on it. Thanks for your time. but i feek if i call the number i will get a big surprise.
