Complaint Review: CREDIT SERVICES

This company is a complete scam,consumers "BEWARE",THE sales scam begins with,HI,THIS IS (WILL SAY THEIR NAME),WITH CREDIT SERVICES,ARE YOU RESPONDING TO YOUR LOWER INTEREST RATE OFFER?

THEN THEY GO ON TO SAY,GREAT,BECAUSE YOU'VE BEEN MAKING YOUR PAYMENTS ON TIME THIS QUALIFIES YOU TO RECIEVE A LOWER INTEREST RATE ON ALL OF YOUR EXISTING MAJOR CRDIT CARD ACCOUNTS,SO WOULD YOU SAY A LOWER INTEREST RATE WOULD BENIFIT YOU ,OR DO YOU PAY OFF YOUR CREDIT CARD BALANCES IN FULL EACH MONTH?

THEY THEN GO ON TO ASK THINGS LIKE HOW MUCH DO YOU OWE ON YOUR BALANCES ROUGHLY? THEY CONTINUE ON WITH ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS TO THE POOR UNSUSPECTING SOUL,TRYING TO REEL THEM IN.

They will then ask for the last four of your social,the 16 digits on your credit card,by the way they'll tell you it's nothing they can do with your card because those 16 digits are just random numbers.With the type of people they have working there,I would not give them my dog's info,no background check at all is done on these people and they are handling very sensitive information.

The company's employment info tells the workers that leaving out with any of the company's info ,is grounds for termination,info leaves out of those doors daily. The "floor manager"(goes by the name Artie,pronounced "AR-TAY"),is one of the most uneducated morons I've ever witness in a so called managerial position.This guy constanly uses profanity,yelling to other people working on the sales floor,mind you customers are listening to the profanity being used while on the phone giving their credit card info out.

This company pulls people in from Craigslist and I've notified them of this companies alledged fradulent activity.Consumers DO NOT give out your info to this company,they are also known as "V.P MARKETING", D.M ASSOCIATES,so be aware of those names also.They always fire personnel that don't fit the ghetto mentality of the company and it's so called managerial staff. Persons are let go after 3 days of "training" because they didn't meet their quota,remember...still in training.


They hire in groups of 20 + at a time because they can't keep "normal" people working there because of the toxic environment.That's a warning sign,when a company hires in groups,everyone there,something is wrong.No interview,2 sec application,that they don't read and no background check,people your sensitive info is in the wrong hands ,when it comes to this company.Always do a goggl search on these scam companies.

Credit Services is the worst scam I've seen in awhile...people please inform your parents ,grandparents(they prey on the elderly) or anyone that might fall for the lies and by the way ,they charge at least $1,100 and tell you that you will be paying it to them or the credit card companies in interst payments.That's the main reason why they want to know if your cards are maxed out,over the limit or closed,so they can get their outrageous fee out of your card's available balance,they don't care if it takes 5 cards to get their fee out of your available balance.

Do not believe them when they tell you they will put you on their DO NOT CALL LIST, they call some people(yes even your 85 year old grandmother,that's disabled and it takes her 5 minutes to get to the phone),three plus times per day,even after they've been told to stop calling.This is ther Human Resoures number call this number to complain,to them,I bet someone will listen to you then.....the number is 678-766-8509 or 678-766-8509 ask for carolyn,brittany or joe

BEWARE OF CREDIT SERVICES in Atlanta,Ga.,by the way they are at 1820 Waterford Place Drive,suite 220,this is on Terrell Mill Rd,should have a Marietta address,but has a Atlanta address...wonder why,maybe to throw off angry consumers!!!
