Ripoff Report has responded to this Rebuttal as it pertains to Ripoff Report.  Please consider reading all commentary, including ours,  so you have the opportunity to hear everyone’s side of the story.

JT Bryant has hired a new law firm that specialises in CYBER CRIME - 

Amy Harrell is in fact a CLIENT of JT Bryant Inc , JT Bryant Credit Solutions - 

JT Bryant Inc and a Client she sent JT Bryant Inc has now entered into a LAWSUIT against 

Amy Ahrrell and Amcap - She also has an alias AMY SOUCEK - 

JT Bryant has also been notified by state and federal law enforcement that the owner of : RIPOFF REPORT is in fact a know criminal and convict - ED MAGEDSON is the registered owner and can NOT BE FOUND. We have retained  an Investigator to have him served. 

JT Bryant, The President of JT Bryant Inc has chosen to Contact Amy Harrel , AKA , Amy Soucek to discuss this in a ligitamate and legal resolution.Amy was in fact a loyal client and referred some 64 clients to JT Bryant Inc -

TO set the record straight JT Bryant Inc and JT Bryant HAS NOTHING TO Say  BAD ABOUT MS HARELL, or what ever her real name is - We wish her the best and pray that she  gets help with her current situation- I also feel that I personal did not tak e the time to talk to Ms Harrell about this important 32.00 account in question- My mother was in ICU and Passed away on June 9 2014 at 8"52 am at a Hospital in Greenville MS in my arms -Perhaps this was not known to her , but she did in fact know my mother was in critical condition- I so apologise for the timing to MS Harrell -  JT Bryant , President -

It is JT Bryant's to help Ms Harrell with her legal action in a private matter where she represented a loan closing and a PRE QUALIFICATION LETTER that was in fact a huge error , thus causing the retaliation against JT Bryant Inc - The Client is in fact a MD in Arlington and JT Bryant Inc has in fact provided services to her client and resolved her Credit Bureau issue - 

The Client is persuing legal action against Amy Harell and Amcap as of July 13 , 2014/

JT Bryant is ACCREDITED BY THE BBB in Fort Worth where Amy Harell lodged a complaint there as well as got her client to do so as well - The BBB ruled against her and the case was closed. 

JT Bryant Inc has in fact joined a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against RIPOFF REPORT.

EDITOR’S NOTE:  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, even when it is about us.  We understand that people who have complaints written about them are upset and want to place blame somewhere, especially if they feel the content of the Reports are false.  We also understand that individuals want to blame our website rather than where it belongs – on the person who wrote the Reports in the first place – if, in fact, the information is false.  If the information is true…the business only has themselves to blame and can hopefully learn from the complaint rather than being defensive about it.  We all make mistakes…and having an opportunity to learn from a mistake is valuable.  If the truth is somewhere in the middle, at least all parties have the opportunity to share their side of the story.  Nevertheless, using the same method that we provide free of charge to all of our users, we would like to “set the record straight” as to the comments posted about our website through this Rebuttal.

Every user of our website has the opportunity to tell their side of the story, for free, just as we will do here.  After all, we have no way of knowing if the Report author is telling the truth (though they are presumed true based on the author’s agreement to the Terms of Service that the information is true and accurate) or perhaps the person/company who writes the Rebuttals to the Report is telling the truth - - or maybe the truth lies somewhere in between the two stories.  This is why we allow Reports, Comments, Rebuttals and Updates, for free, by anyone (including the person/company posted about) who has information to share about the situation.  This includes the ability to upload documents that support the position that is being advanced.  By doing so, all sides of the story are able to be heard so other users of the site can make an educated decision about the situation for themselves.  It’s also important to note that all of our users who sign up for an account with the website must check a box indicating that the information they report on will be the truth and that the Report will become a permanent record.

Ripoff Report is “for consumers, by consumers” and, in fact, our Terms of Service say, at paragraph 3, “Opinions, advice, statements, offers or other information or content made available through ROR are those of their respective authors and not of [Ripoff Report] and should not necessarily be relied upon.  Such authors are solely responsible for the accuracy of such content.  [Ripoff Report] does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on ROR and neither adopts nor endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made.”  Ripoff Report does not hold out that any information posted by users of the website is accurate or necessarily reliable.   Nevertheless, information posted on Ripoff Report has helped many agencies over the years crack down on criminal acts.  Contrary to the opinion of the author of this Report, consumers educating consumers has brought many bad acts to light and, as such, we would respectfully disagree with any opinion that does not see the utility of the website. 

It is clear that the author of the above Rebuttal is upset about the content that the original Report Author wrote about them and seemingly wants to also lay blame on Ripoff Report for providing a forum where people can come and openly comment about their experiences.

In one Rebuttal he states that he has asked his attorney to file suit against all entities in the matter.  Then this second Rebuttal suggests that this individual has joined some “Class Action” lawsuit against Ripoff Report.  That is two separate situations…and maybe he has done both, however, at this time, Ripoff Report is unaware of any legal action pending against it by this individual or any designated “Class”.  Of course, we have heard these kinds of statements before – that Ed is a wanted criminal, that Ed has recently been convicted of crimes, that Ripoff Report is subject to a Class Action suit, and so on.  In fact, none of these allegations are novel.  Ed Magedson even created a site a long time ago about these very sort of claims which you can review for yourself at EdMagedson.com.  Sadly there is a lot of convoluted mixed trash bag of information out on the internet.  Just as we advise all consumers about information found on our site, we highly encourage you to REALLY do your homework before you believe everything you read on the internet and take it as “the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth”.  Generally speaking, there are individuals who speak the truth; there are individuals that will speak half-truths; and there are individuals who are angry and when they get mad “fly off the handle” later regretting what they said or wrote – because whatever was said was written during a time of anger and contempt and may not accurately reflect the actual situation.  Sometimes people are so angry that they will push garbage as if it is the truth – maybe to the point where they start believing their own lies and can convince the naïve of the same.  And sometimes even the judicial system can get things wrong or have questionable outcomes.  Look at all the death row inmates being exonerated thanks to DNA evidence!  Remember – even a court and jury once found OJ Simpson “not guilty”.  Don’t be naïve and rely 100% on what someone else has said - that’s like copying the answers from the kid in front of you on a test who actually has the worst grades in the class.  Again, do your own research and THEN form your own opinion based on all information available to you via multiple credible sources.

 We don’t condone businesses trying to take advantage of consumers – that’s why our website was started in the first place.  At the same time, we don’t condone consumers, disgruntled employees, or other past business partners or business competitors, trying to take advantage of businesses either.  To all parties:  Keep it calm.  Keep it honest.  Keep it fair.  Do your research!

The story always changes!

He told the better buisness bureau that I was NOTthe client and the person I referred to him was, so my case was closed and one was opened with the person I reffered.

As far as the rest of the stuff that comes out of his month, its all lies.....Talk to him for just a minute and you will be able to figure out he was a car salesmen for most his life!

I am JT Bryant and president of JT Bryant Inc - The person that is making this fraudulent claim is Amy Harrell , A Amcap Mortgage Loan Officer and also a client. She also has an AKA as Amy Soucek. Her story is this , she has bad credit in which our company processed her file for free.She does not live in Texas , and thus operating Illegally in California . The client she speaks of in fact had a 32.00 charge off with ATT and did not hire us , Amy did .

We did not collect a dime and in fact wrote off 1000.00 Ms Harrell owes us - She also is being sued for fraud by Kim Conner and her husband , A Dr she wrote a Pre approval letter to and missed a foreclosure on Trans Union. She did not offer to pay for our service and thus Ms Conner hired us directly - We removed the Foreclosure and Ms Conner is suing Ms Harrell and AMCAP Mortgage - My reference in this case is Kimberly Conner and her husband who is a prominent Dr in Arlington TX.

I have instructed our attorney to file suit against all entities in this matter , including Ms Harrell. She filed a complaint with the BBB also and they found NO merit in her case -We maintain a A Rating with the Tarrant county Texas BBB- go to BBB.org Fort Worth Texas and Search JT Bryant Inc - You will find her there and a A Rating by the BBB for 8 years - JT Bryant , President
