This is a follow up report on these pigs. This could be the most important information for all of you out there,...so take note of the following Organization:

National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA)
Nonprofit trade association that promulgates rules and operating guidelines for electronic payments.
www.nacha.org

My close friend is President and CEO of this firm. Google it to familiarize yourselves with the strength of this lead to stop this scum, boiler room operation in its tracks. Complaints to Nacha should break the income stream from your bank to theirs. I believe CS's virtual survival is dependent on the electronic payments from your account to theirs. Nacha sets the rules for every electronic payment or direct deposit that occurs in the US. My friend did a a quick check of CS. The result was 300 complaints per month in the US! (they call them returns or something) ...That's per month, not per year! So, you will want to complain directly to NACHA if CS is doing electronic withdrawals from your bank, as well as complaining to your bank. Tell your bank that you did not receive the service contracted for, and they are required under the rules to refund you any monies they sent within 60 days of your complaint...you may have to remind them of that NACHA rule. That will generate an internal complaint about CS to NACHA.

In other news, I have found that Credit Card companies often turn your file over to a collection agency immediately upon learning that CS or a similar "zero" firm (and there are many more out there!) is handling your account. So, that means your credit card companies already know that nothing is going to happen with these flakes involved from the start. So how bad is that?!!!

A similar joint that was shut down was called Seideman....something. They have gone around the corner and opened up again under the name Palmer Law Firm.. FYI.....so beware!

Latest communication with CS:.. They will keep our money because we broke the contract (stopped payments)....Well Duuhhhh! My threats did not generate a check as I had hoped. NACHA is informed and hopefully persuing actions in favor of the us, the people who are getting ripped off! I am persuing other actions on my own as listed in my initial report. Go get 'em! I am successfully negotiating with creditors on my own, and doing great! Stay tuned!
