Complaint Review: Credit Solutions- CSA - Creditsolutions.com

If you want to give money away call CREDIT SOLUTIONS. They dont do anything for you. The same offers you get in the mail from your creditor's are the same they get. You can call them,do what they do, and save the money you give them.

I am a former employee of credit solutions. All of the complaints about the company are correct. This is the most deceptive company that lies to consumers. This company's sales department lures consumers into their program offering 40-60 percent off their debt.( in which the majority of the time is false) The average consumer enter the program with the intent to save money for settlements within 12-36 months. This is bull. Credit Soluitons employee's are trained to lie. A lot of creditor's don't and won't work with Credit Solutions because of the lazy employees that do not follow up with them.

So when your creditor say they never talk to them believe them. They never make people aware that the POA is limited and sometimes don 't work. They also have their clients thinking they are calling creditors and following up on their accounts. Believe me they are not. Some clients enroll in the program and never get calls. This company has unlimited BBB complaints and they are on the rise daily. The settlement department screen clients to make sure they have money to make sure they hit their quota for the month. Basically, the client's don't really matter. The rule is if the client does not have money to settle an account they don't need to be on the phone,(If they don't have dollars clients don't make sense) That is why you don't get any answers when you call in because the reps are pressured to have you off of the phone in 5 minutes. (now do you understand why you are being mistreated (MANAGEMENT).

They take in to many clients, being greedy knowing they have a high turnover rate and can't service the people they enter in to the program because lack of manpower. Credit Soluitons has many clients that have been sued while they are in the program under Credit Solutions. They never tell you that you will be sued or are about to be sued "Believe me they will not represent you" they will not really talk to you unless you have money to propose a settlement. That is if the attorney's office allows it. They will also hang up on you and will have you on hold for a very long time. The reason reps will not transfer you to a supervisor is because they have no clue as well. Credit Solutions is nothing more than a sweat shop.

This company is ran by a bunch of unethical confused morons. Management consist of a very unprofessional q***r director Wes Cobb that has been linked to sleeping with now supervisors Steven Colunga and, Jordan Olsen. Will Rider had something going with Jacqueline Hunnicut until everyone caught on, he had to get her fired because he didn't want to make himself look any worse than he already did Meanwhile, Courtney Jones Manager sleeping with Terrance Turner, he has pictures that a few people viewed of her giving him oral sex on his cell phone, (I saw it, it was her ) also pictures of her in a belt and high heel shoes, she informs him of what management is doing next and the dog carries the bone to the floor. (That is how everybody know what's happening next, now you know who the rat is)

Lonnie Cox Assistant Manager is always drunk on the job, was sleeping with Tonia Mose and still sleeping with Lakeitha Warren to secure her Supervisor position, also Brenda Pesquiera is living with him and Crystinah White was a victim also. To top it all he tells Terrance Turner about his victims and he delivers it to the call center floor. To be honest he gives info to anyone who listens. No wonder they can't follow up with you. You thought you ruined your credit wait until they start. These stupid people also violate labor laws such as deleting overtime from reps checks, knowing if they work it they must get paid. I could go on but I will save it for the next go around. Stay tuned there is more to come..........................................
