This company takes your money and run. I signed and paid for a merchant account.
I received my first merchant account statement and I was charged correctly. I received the second merchant account statement and my first bank statement.
There were unjustified charges on both statements. I contacted Lance Lyons(Salesperson) for some assistance and he brushed me off to customer service.
I've been trying to contact customer service for a week now and received no response. The customer service number sends you to a voice mail for you to leave call back info.
My partner and I have left our fair share of messages and still no response. I sent numerous emails and still no response. Do not sign with this company because it's a ripoff.
I'm still in the process of fighting with this company to get my money back.
