On January 24th I paid $1,000 to have my credit services rendered from Lovell Jones. Even though he asked me to put the money into an account with his wife (Rogelene Jones aka Rogelene Castro-Jones' account ) I was Leary but I did. I went to chase and deposited the money. Soon after I could not get in contact with him. He called a few weeks later "Assuring" me that everything was fine. Since then he will not pick up the phone, will not answer any messages on any platform or respond. I've met 8 more people with similar stories after posting his picture on Facebook. It is now 3 months later and my credit is the same and my money is missing. Lovell is also tied to a music studio in Euclid Ohio but lives in Atlanta Georgia.

His hill is distorting the facts. I have been in business for a long time and only have one prior complaint which was worked out imeadiately. Serving many customers in the credit business im sure you can understand everyone will not be totally saticefide. Ms Hill was evicted and has to move and has become very angry because of her personal situation. Even after speaking with her regularly she began to get very hostile when she couldnt reach me on my phone. she started to call 10 and 20 times in a row even when i had just got off the phone with her. she began to stalk my social media pages and slandering me. I kindly asked her not to do so or i would have to limit contact with her through text and email only. So thats how i have been communicating with her. Infact i contacted her last night to tell her I would offer her a refund and to stop harrassing me. She has been sent proof that she has been added as an authorized user and have been sent screen shots of her being added as an authorized user to help boost her credit. I have coppies of these for proof as well as the emails i have been sending her. She continues to act like a crazy woman and do everything she can to slander me. I have no control over when the credit company updates her information but did offer her a redund just last night but it seems she gets more pleasure from badgerring and harrasing me. If she has found 8 people who she claims that i have done bad business with please let her produce them. Again this is a ploy to try to add creditablility to her madness. I have not block my number nor ignorher emails as i have proof that i have reached out to her to update her. I only wish not to speak to her on the phone until she acts like she has some since. which i have also stated in our correspondence which i can send you. She has been block from my social media because of her childish tactics.
