On 5/03/16 spoke to Mr. Lovell Jones, aka, Rogelene Jones; this man operated this company on line and has a web site called CreditCoach USA, (service@creditcoachusa.com) his phone numer is 800-970-9110. On 5/13/16 he cashed my check payable to Rogelenne Jones on 5/13/16 I have a copy of the cancelled check for the amount of $599.00. Mr. Jones was to work to help me clear credit isssues on my (3) major credit bureaus. He advertises 5 types of credit clean up and the promise for the $599 price he would get me a 700 credit score and credit lines; if you bought a more expensive program $1000 or more he suggests a higher credit score along with larger credit lines all within a small window of time. he cased my check then did nothing; he offers a written warranty that if your file has not been improved within 2 months you get your money back. I had one or two conversations with him then he disapered and does not answer his business phne number. He operates anothe rbusiness called Urban City Recors/Urban City Entertainment Phone: 888-447-8118 Ext#1. In any case, it's now September, 23, 2016 Mr. Jones kept my money did nothing on my crdit files and does not anwer his phones. This guy is a fraud, I am filing a fromal complaint with the FBI shortly.
