This company is pretty good at scamming people in a new way. Their credit cards, logos, everything about them that I have seen is a clone copy of Capital One but no relation what so ever. Should you get a call, email, anything from them do not ever respond. Especially if they try asking for information to verify an account like SS#, name, address, phone number, etc. Don't give this information to them as they will use it to or attempt to use it to back up whatever claims they have.

Several months ago my phone started getting calls and hangups from an unknown source. I was getting them 8+ times day until I put them on block, then it stopped. Then two months later, it started happening again under a different exchange till I blocked the entire exchange.

The one day a bill comes, and not even my name spelled correctly. I opened it thinking it was my normal card company until I saw the statement with over $400 past due. Looking at the statement, there was actually no charges what so ever except a credit card fee, and some othr fees in opening an account, then a bunch of $30 fees for non payment of their service fees. It was then I noticed the phone number on the bill, the same exchange as the number that had been calling me every day.

This is a credit card scam, and the fact so much incorret info shows it. After talking with my own bank, found out I wasnt the only one who has issues with them and that they get their info from peoples computers that are either infected, browser hijacking, or from buying information from other companies.

If you are getting the same thing, just put RTS on the letter and thats is. I already reported them to the FBC. Do not call them, do not give them information they can use against you later on. And definately do not let them intimidate you into making any type of payment. I have already read stories on here of people doing just that and having their banking accounts emptied out. If you gave them a debit card #, cancel that card immidiately. If you gave them a routing number or checking number or even sent them a check, close that account.

If you have by any chance been tricked into opening an account, pay them with a money order. Do not give them account info of any type because they will take your funds. If you must give them account info, then open a seperate account and only put in what you owe, nothing more except maybe a few cents to keep the account open and only transfer what the payment is.

Lastly, if you have already fallen victom to them, file a small claims court case asap. In Ca they cant use their attorneys in small claims and have lost already to their scams. Don't wait for them to retaliate because they wont use court, they will use arbertration which are basically paid off companies to rule in their favor and many a states enforce those like a regular court order.

Good Luck =)
