Credsolve Joe Johnson - The ineptness continues! Tampa, Florida
Looks like it's time for a 2011 installment regarding the continued mismanagement and ineptness of Joe Johnson and Credsolve. Having just read over some of the previous ROR installments, I can tell you that not much has changed. Company not delivering as promised (and what a beautiful contract it was! All those service commitments!!). . .Company moves and adds equipment to improve support. . . Company not delivering as promised. . . Ignoring requests for refund. . . etc, etc.
Without going in to all the sordid details, we are one of a handful of companies that have recently not been getting delivered what we paid for. Issues and excuses appear to be same as what others have written. This is a current warning to all prospective customers to STAY AWAY!!
If not out and out theft, there are some serious competency issues here. I doubt they can be solved. Save your money. With this installment and the previous reports, you have enough data to show you to stay away.
