CredVita credvita Never Received Product, Not Responding to Emails
5/18/20: Ordered a pull-up bar for approx $100
5/20/20: Receive an email claiming that they need my shipping address - despite putting it into the form on the site.
5/30/20: Email them to ask if there is updated tracking or if it has shipped. It has not.
6/18/20: Email them to ask if there is updated tracking or if it has shipped. It has not.
7/20/20: They are no longer responding to my emails and I still have not received my product over 2 months later.
They will send you tracking that just shows your home address - not where the product is. They will also send you to a Chinese language tracking site that doesn't seem to say anything about your specific product (if you try to translate it using Google). This just seems like a bunch of scammers figured out how to make an attractive website to capitalize on the COVID-19 demand for home gym equipment.
I have not heard of anyone in the US receiving their product from this company - everyone has been put-off or completely ignored. Do not order from them.
