Creel Motors Junky, Rundown, Gross, Ugly St. Petersburg Florida
I bought a car from this company being told the AC worked, I tried it and it worked for about a day when I went to them they didn't do anything about it. My heater core went out and after telling them this and letting them know I would be late on a payment they agreed but still charge me a lot of late fee's even though the car broke down. After my boyfriend went and looked for a car there he noticed every car on there lot either leaked or made a loud knocking noise. Would not recommend at all, lady in the front is very rude also!!

I have also bought cars from this company creel motors I test drive them and bring my mechanic along with me.Really how do you expect to buy a used car and not have issues. Really that's why people sell them in the first place. I have bought several cars from them and have never thought it was their fault when something goes wrong that's why the stickers say AS iS!!! Late fees that is their fault that you didn't pay on time?????

When purchasing a car (unless it's BRAND NEW) everyone should test drive the vehicle and take it to a mechanic of their choice so that it may be looked at. Further negotiations can be made on repairs needed or choosing a different car all together. A smart car buyer always does. Used cars at a Buy Here Pay Here are high risk financing for people with really bad credit, and are typically sold AS IS, like the contract says when signed. Depending on the situation, and the customer, Creel Motors will usually look at the situation and access the problem. If a customer comes in screaming using foul language, the answer will most likely be, "The cars are As Is, take it to your mechanic". If you purchased a car that you were unhappy with, why would you suggest to your boyfriend to go to the same place? The late fee's are calculated by software, based on your payment amount. There is no person/human in charge of "charging you a lot of late fee's".

Ive bought 2 cars from them payed them off early . My last one a Ford Ranger lasted for years. I will be going there again to buy my third car from them I think they are great
