Complaint Review: Creflo Dollar Ministries

I ordered online from Creflo Dollar Ministries , order #865949, on July 11, 2016, for which i got email confirmation. On July 30 when i had not gotten any shipment confirmation i called their customer service numer. First i spoke with Ramon when i guess he had heard my story from others of buying online and never getting anything, he put me back into hold rotation. On second call, i spoke with customer service rep Melanie who ASSURED me she was going to get everything checked out and i would receive notice of shipment within 48 hours...(not true) she even verified my address, etc was correct which of course it was, they are just milking the unsuspecting public and never shipping out product.

I went through this years ago and lost $100 to him, i just really like his message so i decided to give him another try with a small amount. SAME THING. RIPOFF. . To rip people off through faith tactics is reproachable.

Shame on them...I guess all the little people they rip off small amounts adds up to buy their jet.
