Cresant bank and trust I was only 39 days late on my car payment. They came and repo it. Before my second car payment was due. I made arrangement to make a payment on July 10 2015 and they repo it July 9 2015. It is now July 13 2015 and they still haven't called me to tell me what I owe. It has been 4 days and I can only imagine what the storage fees are going to be. New orleans Louisiana
I was 39 days late on my car payment. I made arrangements to make a payment on July 10, 2015 and the repo my car on July 09, 2015. When I called them the had no clue that the car was repo and wanted a payment. I told them that I can't make a payment until July 10 like promised. i lost two days of work cause I had no way to get to work and I had to rent a car to be able to deal with this mess. It has been 4 days now and I still have no idea what I owe or if I am able to get my car back. I have called and left messages and no one has called me back.

Most car payments are due monthly, every 30 days. So if you were 39 days late, you had missed two payments. If you were on payments every 2 weeks, you were about 4 payments late.
And you're surprised the car company repoed the car??? Couldn't make the payment but had money to rent a car??? There's a lot of holes in your complaint.
