We have a auto loan with this company and let me tell you they are the worst company to even have to deal with. The lady that I have had the horrible pleasure of speaking with which her name is Joyce Tingy has no clue what she is doing. She has to ask the same questions multiple times and then if she gets another call she will stop and put you on hold for long periods of time before coming back to help you. She is very rude and if I was that company and wanted to keep a good reputation or tey and better it  I would get rid of her or teach her how to do her job. I would never recommed this finance company to anyone and if you deceide to get a new car and they tell you that this is who will have financing your car request someone else. Run while you have the chance or teust me you will regret it.

No lender is under ANY obligation to "help" any borrower nor is any lender obligated to give you a pass when you are late. Customer Relations is one thing, Collections is another. The ONLY reason you are using them is to provide you with money to buy a car. The ONLY interest they have in you is that they get back that money in regular, on time payments which you agreed to. This lender is not your friend, your pastor, your financial counselor or a shoulder to cry on. If you don't have the money to make the payments on time, every time then you get a part time job or an additional full time job. Period. And no, I don't work for them.
