was late on payments, made arrangements to pay, paid payments never applied to account, interest accumulated, tried atleast 10 times to get account cleared up, no one wanted to listen, would not accept copies of payments from my bank, never notified of repossessing vehicle, then was told I couldn't get my personal belongings and plates from vehicle,

explained police said I could then had to pay $35 charge to get them, received letter I could get vehicle back for 2 payments which I wasn't behind and a fee of $400+, called again to speak with collection manager and tried to go over account and was told she would return my call that she didn't have time to discuss,

to this date no call. Very rude people working at this bank, I believe the records should be checked as repo man told me that most of his business now is with crescent bank.
