Complaint Review: Cresent Bank And Trust

Hey I feel every one's pain I have an 01 PT Cruiser financed through this bank and it is ridiculous how they talk to you. I am 49 days late because of financial issues and the Repo person Pace Pizzalato is one rude something.

He might as well had of cursed me the things he said to me. He would not give me any room to say anything very rude. Accused me of hiding the car mind you I am in Marietta GA and he is in Baton Rouge Louisiana so how in Jesus name can he prove that one.

When I asked him could they work with me on the payment that I would get paid the following week his response to me was they worked with me when they gave me the loan. Suggested that I borrowed the money and money Gram it by 3PM the next day or else they would repo the car.

Also he stated that I should not be asking him any questions and I had no right to say anything and he was going to do all of the talking I responded thats fine so how much do I owe you came all the way to Ga and back to La before I could get an answer mind you while he was doing this had the nerve to make the comment we are not paying repo fees which I did not ask him to pay.

My suggestion to anyone be careful who you finance your vehicle with because people do not care about the well being of the next person. You would think all the Louisiana has been through that would have been a wake up call but it looks like they have just gotten worse.
