Cresent Bank and Trust is a hugh rip off, my loan got sold to them unknown to me.   They changed my payment  date after it had already been set by the Hyundia dealership.  They proceeded to charge me
late fee's , without me knowing the date had been changed, my account rep at the time was Kandy Weir,
I tried repeatedly to have my payment date changed back to the original date, they told me that was not
possible,so they kept charging me late fee's .  I recently paid off my car loan except for the late fee's and get this a repossion fee.  My car was never repossed.  Now they are telling me I have to pay repossion fee's to keep from getting my car repossed.  Folks the best piece of advice I can give you is get it in writing that your car loan can not be sold off and if it is pray that it is not Cresent Bank and Trust.  My acct rep has changed so many times over the years, it was hard to get anywhere with them.  The rep who has
my account now is a very nasty woman by the name of Shulise Gregory.  Not helpful at all.  I spoke with her today and asked to speak to her Supervisor and she refused me.  I kept calling back and they would only let me speak with her (worthless, no customer service skills at all).  Beware folks they are crooks, they are worse then the irs (ps irs I do love you). I tried to get the name of their CEO I was told that was
confidential information.  Since when is this not public information.  Good ridence Cresent Bank and Trust.

Read your contract.

The bank cannot change your due date. Your contract can be sold many times over but the contract cannot be changed along the way.
