This apartment complex really does not have it together. I can not remember a time when the staff was there long enough to even remember.

We did a referral and was owed $150.00 dollars. Your suppose to get it within 30days. It took over a year and a half. That was only cause I was persistant. When we moved out we were owed a deposit of 200.00 dollars. After calling several time and never receiving any return calls, I did speak w/someone who told us our deposit would not be refunded because the apt was considere "trashed".

Where do these people get this info? This apt was left clean. Also we were told that we were being charged for pet damage. I have not owned an animal since I was probably 13yrs old. I am now 23. I argued the point for weeks.

Finally giving up, they are now having a collection agency call my husband to say that we owe them more money now. In finding this out I have tried to contact the management and she has never once called me back. Finally when a staff memeber does call me back, I expalained my story as to what is going on and proceeded to finish the story when the staff member tells me that "she has listened to my story and been patient and now it is her turn to talk would I be quiet and listen now."

After all these problems, who does this women think she is. Finally I told her that I was not about to deal with her would she please have the manager call me. Till this day I have been leaving messages and trying to contact them and they will not call me.

I guess whatever it takes to cheat residents, they think they have the upper hand. It will come back on them one day.

Upon Move-out of an apartment do the following:

-clean (duh)
-obtain a copy of the Inventory & Condition form that you filled out when you moved in
-you may want to ask the leasing office if they have a move out check list to assist in your moving out and cleaning to their specs
-have a member of the leasing staff, preferrably the manager or assistant manager, walk your apt with you before turning in your keys

AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING:

**TAKE PICTURES BEFORE YOU GO!! THIS WILL BE ONE OF YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IF FACED WITH CLEANING/DAMAGE CHARGES!! I CANNOT STRESS THIS POINT ENOUGH!!!!!!!

Good Luck!
