Crestview RV Center Mike Reagan Title to 36' 2000 Winnebago ITASCA Sunflyer Buda Texas
PDI (Pre Delievery Inspection) of RV
When asked WHAT was DONE on the RIG, I was given NO INFO. NO WONDER - NOTHING WAS DONE,as far as Oil Change, various Filters according to Mechanics at Winnebago.
I picked up the Motorhome at 58,324 miles on 5/1/13. When I arrived at Winnebago HDQTRS, Forest City, IA., at 60,523 miles, 8/12/13 for 60,000 mile Transmission Check. At the end of the day, the above was reported to me as well as the Rear Brakes GOING Metal on Metal, giving me me Expenses of $2,800! Dennis, the Mechanic Crestiview Must Have Known this and reported this to Cedric LeCryader, Head Service Advisor. They sent this RIG out Knowing that these Brakes would NOT last long which could have been SO DANGEROUS!
Dennis also Installed a 5/8" pin through the Receiver with Cotter key pin for a Stehl Tow Dolley with a p7 CTS onboard. This Sturcturally FAILED on I-35 on 6/1/13 in North Austin, TX. caussing $7.300 damage to the car and $433 to the Tow Dolley Most people say that I should have had a Key Type Locking Pin which Magnum Trailers in Austin Installed.
I do NOT blame Dennis at all but those IN CHARGE. I am a First time RV Ownere and this started me off with a Very BAD taste for RV Dealers. This could have ALL been Prevented but "GREED is the Issue HERE", and Crestiviw will Continue to PAY the price for this with my Big Mouth telling other people.

I want to report that after Contacting the BBB, I received a call from Cedric, the Service MGR., we discussed the situation. He called back the next day, and said that they would PAY for the COMPLETE Brake Job. This was Satisfactory for me, and within the week, I received a check for $2,561.88.
