Complaint Review: CRI--Concierge Rewards International

I joined this SCAM travel club called CRI also known as Concierge Rewards International on Oct 29th 2014, That had an office at 2000 Palm Beach Blvd in West Palm Beach Florida 33409. Their phone number was advertised at 561-640-0100. Soon after they ripped me off for thousands of dollars and dozens of other people as well, to sell me and the other members a membership to their tavel club that would save up to thousands of dollars for low priced high quality travel vacations throughout the USA and the world they moved from this building and disconnected their phone number. They still keep their bogus website up under the West Palm Beach Florida address. This website is still being paid for and operating at , crofpalmbeach.com to fool people into thinking that they are are still in business at this location. But when you drive there after discovering that their (CRI) phone number is disconncted you will then discover that they have abanded this location. They (CRI) now funnel their members to another company called Member Getaways also know as member services with locations in Orlando Florida and in Ashville North Carolina, The North Carolina Address is at 2800 Heart Drive. The  Zip code is 28806 with a phone number of 1-855-205-0095 or 1-828-785-4611. I was also given a Fort Lauderdale number for CRI of 954-629-5510 which I got no answer on after calling it multible times. I first called Member Services about 7 months ago to get a promised low priced deal

I first called Member Services about 7 months ago to get a promised low priced deal on a condo or hotel in Hi for a vacation planned for this November 2017. When I called them I was told that they could not find a good deal and to call back a month before my vacation to get the best deals close to the trip date. I did this and the best they could do is to save me a little over $100.00 for the entire stay from only one hotel's advertised online rate. This hotel is what one would call second rate and off of the beach with blocks to walk to get to the beach, not on the beach at a great low price as they first promised to me! The other hotels they told me about I could get a price for less money by going direct to book a room at the hotels myself. At the same tiime The people at member services told me that I would have to pay $300.00 for the next year membership to keep my membership valid.  I told them how dissatisfied I was with the savings of just over $100.00 for the entire trip and that I felt that they most likely paid the 100 bucks from the thousands of dollars of money they already took from me to look like they were saving me even this small amount of money. I asked them to show good faith to me by extending my membership at no cost to prove to me that they could save me the type of money they first promised to me on my next trip! They refused to do this and I am now going public with this information to warn others to stay away from any travel club going by the name CRI, Concierge Rewards International, Member Services or Member Getaways.

I will now go to the State Attorney Office in Florida and North Carolina as well as to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in Washington DC and to any other Government agencies I can find to take legal action on these people for fraud and other laws they have broken acoss state lines. After CRI and all of these other agents wotking for CRI gets located and served for fraud and for breaking other laws I will then Litigate them all personally! I have also found out they these people have been litigated in the past but I guess they have not been hit with large enough fines or jail time!
