Do not work with crica.com www.crica.com and their agent, Mark Sydney when you are planning vacation in Costa Rica. We wanted to make a reservation for 7 days sin Costa Rica, but at that time were not sure if we can stay for 7 days. For this reason, we asked Mark Sydney not to charge our credit card for 3 days after he receives credit card information, but he charged it as soon as he had the number. When we called back in 2 days and asked for just 4 days stay, he said they would give us a credit back. We went to Costa Rica in August and spent 4 days in the hotel. Crica.com provided the hotel with a voucher for 4 days, as we requested.
After 3 months of calling Mark Sydney and asking for refund, we still don't have our money back from them. Mark kept promising and promising and promising, but Our companion who was making a reservation with them had her credit card charged again one month later. After she called them several times and left messages, they have never returned her call. She filed a dispute against this charge with her credit card and her credit card gave her money back, not crica.com.
Stay away from this guys, unless you want to spend days on the phone and lose your money.
