Complaint Review: Cricket cell phone

I have had 3 cell phones with Cricket, the first 2 i just dropped the phones worked but you can never get ahold of any real people. My bill date was on the 3rd of the month and I called to tell them I would be a few days late. My daughter was just hospitalized and I would be late with the payment.

Not only did they cut my service off!!!!!!!! But they billed me the $15.00 the representative told me they would waive. Now I am without a cell phone. You cannot call these people. I have left numerous emails, have called several times, and no response from the company. Who exactly is running this company. I am in the retail business myself and would never treat my customers like this.

I used to tell everyone how wonderful the cricket phones were. Now if I tell anyone about Cricket, its how awful they are.
