I have auto bill pay through my bank. This is where I set a bill to be sent out on a certain date. It goes out on that set date. Ten days before my bill was due, this payment was sent out. Seven days later, my service was discontinued for non-payment. Now Cricket wants to charge me a reinstatement fee of $15.00 PLUS pay the following month's service in advance, all before getting my service turned back on! Even though they admit fault, they will still not turn my service on without the payment of above said amounts!!

If your phone was suspended due to non-payment, which is what it sounds like to me. You do not have to pay your next months bill in advance, unless of course you are a pay in advance customer. If your service is still suspended, ask a billing rep to see if you are elgible to have that reinstatement fee waived. It can be waived ONCE per life of the account. Anyways, if your account is just suspended, all that you should have to pay, is the bill that is past due, and the $15 reinstatement fee.

Just don't call in being a jerk, thats what gets people nothing.
