CRICKET COMMUNICATIONS rip-off! They took at least three extra transactions out of my account without my authorization. SAN DIEGO California
I paid my bill at Cricket by electronic check. I noticed on my bill that they had taken at least three extra transactions out of my account without my authorization. As usual I could not get in touch with anyone in customer service and they sent my account to telecheck as not being paid. I had to go to my bank and change my account number and have my bank debit my account and send an affidavit to Telecheck as a forgery.
This was a month ago and I can't write any checks to pay my bills and Telecheck will not release my check writing privleges unless Cricket contacts them. At this point it looks as if I am going to have to seek legal action to have my check writing status restored. I am so mad because they are ruining my credit.

yo ya tenia un telefono celular cricket con numero [DELELTE], y me compre otro cricket para mi esposa tel [DELELTE], tenia rebate de 130 dlls, store 3101 reg 334040 trans 474309, ID 19031020 CSR BOW410F, Date 10 20 03, salesperson 322 BOW410F, mande toda la papeleria como me dijeron para obtener mi rebate. mi segundo problema fue que mi primer telefono cricket se me descompuso, ellos en cricket me dijeron que podia conservar mi primer numero telefonico en el segundo telefono, ya que el primero decidi ya no utilizarlo, pues ellos dijeron que no tenia reparacion, y acepte pero yo no sabia que al hacerlo estaba perdiendo mi rebate, pues me mandaron una carta diciendo que yo habia cancelado el segundo numero que ellos me habian dado y que fue el [DELELTE], y que el rebate estaba asignado al segundo numero y no al primero. CREO QUE FUI ENGAADO, COMO UN NIO.
